Sandy is our recently refurbished French style apartment that we rent out when we are not in the country. It is our home. You can rent it for medium short term only (3 weeks to 3 months). It is suited for 1 or 2 couples (max) or a family with kids. As it is fully equipped it is ideal for longer stays, and perfect if you need to work ‘from home’.
It is large (240m2), has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, and 2 large connected spaces that house a TV/family room, a reading corner by the chimney, a dining room and a work space (large desk that seats 2 to 4).
One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, another has a walk in closet and shares the bathroom with the 3th bedroom that has no closet. All 3 have AC and ceiling ventilator.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is suited for daily cooking, and has AC.
It is located in the center of Recoleta, close to the famous cemetery and has several supermarkets and grocery stores just around the corner. It is next to the shopping street and at walking distance from the malls.
